What We Check

We go beyond standard labs to uncover root causes of fatigue, weight changes, brain fog, digestive issues, and hormone imbalances—so your plan is targeted, not guesswork.

  • T3/T4, TSH, antibodies
  • Cortisol patterns
  • Estrogen/progesterone/testosterone

Micronutrients

Identify vitamin, mineral, and antioxidant gaps that stall metabolism and recovery.

  • Vitamin D, B-complex
  • Omega-3 index
  • Iron, zinc, magnesium

Toxins & Heavy Metals

Screen for burdens from mercury, lead, mold/mycotoxins, and environmental chemicals.

  • Heavy metal panels
  • Mycotoxins & VOCs
  • Detox readiness markers

Gut Health

Understand dysbiosis, pathogens, and inflammation that affect digestion, skin, and mood.

  • DNA stool analysis
  • Bacteria/yeast/parasites
  • Calprotectin & zonulin

How It Works

From kit selection to your results review, we make testing straightforward and purposeful, so insights translate into a clear plan for your health.

  1. Order

We match the right labs to your goals: hormones, micronutrients, toxins, gut health. Kits ship to you or are drawn locally.

Most kits arrive in 2–4 business days.

  2. Collect

Follow simple instructions (saliva, stool, dried blood spot, or lab draw). We provide prep tips to ensure clean results.

Return shipping labels included for mail-in kits.

  3. Analyze

Partner labs process your samples; we interpret patterns across hormones, nutrients, toxins, and gut markers.

Typical lab turnaround: 7–21 days (test-dependent).

  4. Review & Plan

We meet to translate results into a step-by-step plan, nutrition, lifestyle, and targeted supports tailored to you.

    Virtual or in-person consults available.

Wellness Testing Services Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of “wellness testing” do you provide?+

We offer advanced labs that assess metabolic, endocrine, toxin, heavy-metal and food-sensitivity parameters, designed to uncover underlying imbalances before symptoms become severe.

Why should I get testing if I feel “okay”?+

Many imbalances develop silently. Early detection allows proactive intervention (nutrition, detox, environment shifts) rather than waiting for disease.

Is the testing painful, risky or expensive?+

Most tests are standard blood or urine draws, low risk, done off-site in certified labs. Costs vary; we’ll provide you with full pricing, sample requisitions and details on what’s included.

How long until I get my results and what happens afterward?+

Depending on the test, results typically arrive in 5–10 business days. We then meet to review findings, craft a plan and decide which lifestyle or nutrition shifts are most impactful.

If a test shows a “problem,” does that mean I have a disease?+

Not necessarily. Many findings are “markers” of early imbalance (e.g., elevated heavy-metal load, toxin strain) and give us a window of opportunity to reverse or mitigate before full disease develops.

Will I still need regular medical check-ups even if I do testing?+

Yes. Our testing is additive, not a replacement for your primary care or specialist visits. We communicate with your provider and support your overall health ecosystem.
